Raintree’s banquet and social room is the perfect location and size for accommodating your large or small private parties including lunches, receptions, holiday parties and banquets.
Our facility overlooks our Olympic size pool as well as a beautiful three acre lake and accommodates up to one hundred and seventy five people.
Whether you are having a reunion, wedding reception or Bar Mitzvah, Raintree will go out of it’s way to make sure your guests are made to feel at home and comfortable.
At Raintree we let you have control of how you want to plan and coordinate your function. You can choose your own caterer and choice of music selection or let Raintree recommend a qualified company. It’s completely up to you. It’s your party and you’re in charge.
Room Rental Guidelines:
Raintree is a private club, but our social room is available for public rental.
All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Raintree and renters or guests attending the function are prohibited from bringing alcohol on the grounds or into the facility.
Raintree is not responsible for damage or loss of any item left on the premises prior to or following any function.
The renter is responsible for all activities and their guests. Raintree shall be compensated for any damage, loss and liability incurred at the club due to actions of any of the guests or organizations contracted by the renter.
A signed contract is required for all functions.
A security deposit is required at the time of room reservation.
All events must be paid in full prior to the event.
Parties have a four hour time span up until 11:00 p.m. After 11:00 p.m. an additional charge of $50.00 per hour will be charged for use of the facility.
